As in Advantage Plans, access to these plans is limited to certain times of the year or with life change events. Drug plans are offered by insurance companies who contract with Medicare. An agent must also have special certification to offer these plans. Each plan has a preferred list of medications and at least one preferred pharmacy, both of which can change from year to year. Participants in these plans should meet with us yearly to determine if their present plan will continue to meet their needs in the coming year. We are pleased to offer our clients this service.
